Intermittent Fasting is built as a local-first fasting tracker. The app stores fasting data on your device and does not run its own account system, ads, analytics, or backend data collection.

Information Stored on Your Device

The app may store fasting plans, active timer state, fasting sessions, daily summaries, weekly summaries, monthly summaries, ON and OFF day schedules, reminder preferences, and visual mode preferences.

If you choose to enter them, the app may also store fasting-day notes such as water intake, electrolytes, mood, energy, weight, sleep hours, exercise during fasting, and no-sugar check-ins.

How the App Uses Data

Stored data is used to show your timer, calendar, fasting windows, completion status, streaks, summaries, milestones, reminders, and educational phase information inside the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your fasting data. The app does not include ads, analytics, payment tracking, or a remote database for user fasting records.

Permissions and Notifications

The app may request notification permission so it can send fasting, hydration, electrolyte, and end-of-fast reminders. These reminders are generated by the app on your device. If a day is marked OFF, fasting reminders are not sent for that day.

The app does not request the Android advertising ID permission.

Cloud Backup and Deletion

Android app-data cloud backup is disabled for this app. If you uninstall the app or clear app data, locally stored fasting records may be deleted from your device.

Fasting phase, benefit, risk, and coaching messages are educational only. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop fasting and seek medical help if you feel unwell.
